I love doing forge mode on halo. Making different creations on different maps and creating new game modes for certain things is always fun to do. Making fun jumps to go off of with vehicles and see them explode on impact because you built the jump so high that when you land you end up dieing. Or creating maps for capture the flag where you create two bases that go against each other. Or make a room where you have to dodge the kill balls and be the last one alive after all your lives are gone or have the most lives at the end of the game.
Forge world on halo reach is one of the best places to forge because its a huge map. You have many different places to place things or create bases and such. You could make one base on the other side of the map as the other one is at the other side and have a huge capture the flag game where you have to take a falcon to go get the flag and bring it back to your base. As you have a giant fight in the middle of the map for control of small bases and weapons to choose from. It is alot funner when you have lots of people playing your maps other than you and another person playing on it. Gives you a chance to show your friends what cool things you have done to create this map or how cool the map is. Gets more people wanting to try it out.
Or you can just mess around on forge mode and try different things and see what you can make out of it. Always lots of fun when you have your friends doing forge mode with you. Everyone has their own ideas of making maps or game modes for other people to try out. I know i have tried many game modes on halo 4.
One i believe is called Zombie Run. One person has a platform where he/she has all the explosive weapons where they will shoot down at the zombies, who are driving mongooses and warthogs through an obstacle course while trying not to get shot by the shooter. The zombies are trying to get to the end of the obstacle course, where they will be able to get into a banshee and go kill the shooter. You only get one life so make it count. Sometimes the zombies win and other times the shooter wins. Its an awesome game mode and map to play.
Another is Hunger Games. Basically you all have one life and if you crotch you can go invisible so you cant be seen as well by other competitors. Of course, like in hunger games you have weapons in the middle and then some around the map. Its a forge map on halo 4 that you play it on and you just try to survive out the others while you are also trying to kill them. The game gets intense at times and other times its really quiet. You just dont know where people are going to come from or where they are at. Its an awesome game to try out if any of your friends have it on their xbox 360.

Halo Moments
Have you ever had those moments when your playing halo and something extremely funny or awesome or crazy happens? Well we all do. The other day I was playing Halo Reach with a friend. We were doing Forge on Forge Island I believe. We made a huge jump that you would die when you impacted on the ground. So me and my friend were driving mongooses off that jump and exploding. The one time he exploded first and i was right next to him, my mongoose and i went flying through the air. We got launched like a rocket.
Its those moments where you try to explain to someone else but its really hard to do so because you're either laughing or you just cant explain it. Or other times when you are playing Live and have those WTF Moments. I've seen a couple of those happen in top 10 WTF Moments and some of them you are just like, "What the crap?"
Here is a video below showing you some of the things that happen in halo that people just really cant explain.
Sorry i havent been posting for the past few weeks. I just couldnt find anything to blog about but now ill try to get back into the groove and find some more things for you readers. Have fun gaming!!!

Ghost Recon Updated?!
Alright so today I updated Ghost Recon (finally.) and logged on. Some of the new updates consisted of a new map and new Phantom pack. I have yet to find out what the phantom pack is but I have seen it in action. The new map is a large map with 5 points you need to capture in order to win or have the most when time runs out. I got to actually play the new map and it was a pretty good map. It takes place in a city with many buildings and a couple of cars parked. Also you have different ways to flank around the enemy.
They also updated the graphics to be cooler looking. I have yet to try to put it on a higher setting but tomorrow I will try for the highest graphics and see how they look. Ghost Recon is still in its beta version but that is because they need to make more patches and find better ways to make the game better for the people playing it. They still only have three classes to play as and nothing has changed there.
I will be posting Ghost Recon updates on here as well as halo updates. Thanks for reading and Game on!

Halo 4 Global Championship
I've recently read that halo is yet holding another huge tournament this summer of 2013. Heres is what they have said from halowaypoint.com about qualifying and more.
The first qualifier for the Halo 4 Global Championship will be a weekend-long FFA tournament in our booth. If you’d like to participate, we recommend registering in advance to secure your spot. To pre-register, at 9 AM CDT on Friday, July 5, go to Hall 5 (the same location as RTX attendee registration). Limited walk-up registration will be available at our booth during show floor hours as well. Oh, and if you compete in the tournament, you’ll snag yourself a limited-edition t-shirt. We’ll be live streaming the tournament finals from the eSports main stage from 2-5 PM CDT on Sunday on our official Twitch.tv channel, where I’ll be joined by Eric “GH057ayame” Hewitt and Alex “Goldenboy” Mendez for commentary and insight into the gameplay. Be sure to tune in!
There will also be an online qualification. Heres how you can qualify.
You can compete and qualify for the finals through online play. Just hop into the Global Championship playlist and play 20 games each week to qualify and appear on the leaderboards.
Stay tuned for additional opportunities to get an invitation to the Halo 4 Global Championship finals in the coming weeks.
This tournament has been designed so that it provides an optimal competition experience for all competitors. The format is significantly different from the Infinity Challenge tournament, and we’ve used our past learnings to ensure that all players have the chance to qualify and win prizes, and that the best-performing players move on each week. Let’s dig into the format of the online portion.
Each week, a new selection of maps and game types will be available in the Global Championship playlist. Unlike the Infinity Challenge, each week of the tournament is independent of any other week, with new game types, winners, prizes and a fresh, blank leaderboard. This way, players can compete in their selected weeks without needing to “grind.” Each week, play a minimum of 20 games in the tournament playlist. Your placement in these matches will determine your place on the leaderboard. Read on for how placement works.
Using an inverted scoring system, you’ll be given points based on your placement in each game that you play in the playlist. For example, if you place first in your match, you’ll receive a score of 8 for that game. Should you place second in the next match, you’d receive a score of 7, and your average across these two games would be 7.5.
As a lot of you who read this like to play halo 4, here is something that you could possibly get into if you have nothing to do this summer or if you want to do something sick this summer. I would join this, but i have work and quite frankly, dont have an xbox 360 to play on. I know some of you from the LAN were good and it would be cool to see some of you end up in the leaderboards in the championship itself.
Good luck and until next time, keep pwning those Spartans!

Halo 4 Game Modes and Maps
What is this picture above me? Its a look at the new halo 4 hunger games map. (i borrowed this picture) but this seems like a legit looking map. Excited to play it sometime soon, possibly tonight. Alot of new maps have been created on Forge and people can make a many cool maps to play on. Another thing, 1 flag ctf has come back and people are super excited to play it again. I guess we will see what happens tonight at the LAN.
So other than this map or gameplay, I have watched some of Rooster Teeth's videos on youtube of halo 4 game night and some the game modes on there are very interesting. Like for example you have a speed run course where its a king of a hill gamemode, but the hill moves in a straight line across an obstacle course and i guess if you're not in the area of the hill then you stop moving. I found it very interesting as you have to be careful that you don't make a serious mistake and fall behind everyone.
Another gamemode I saw was called, "Ma4co." I believe that was the name but basically in this one you had marco polo as everyone else is a invisible zombie as the hiders. You can't kill marco, but the real objective of this game is to be the last one standing to win. It all took place on a large platform flat and you just had to hide from marco longer than anyone else in the game.
If you would like to check out some different posts about cool gamemodes, then click the link below.

Halo 4 seems to be bringing in more cool game maps and modes. Makes it more of an interesting game than anything. Halo gamers continue to game!

Halo 5?!
So I saw the Halo 5 trailer and it seems it will be a good game in my opinion. Some of you don't like how the story is going but I do. We just have to along with the facts:
-Master Chief just lost Cortana, who he has been with him for years.
-You don't want to do the same plot over and over again. Difference is good.
-You can still have the UNSC vs the Covenant
-Let's see how Master Chief takes things without Cortana
-The Flood are gone
-Don't want the FR (ForeRunners, sorry of miss spelled) to do more destruction
I am going to give 343 a chance to do the Halo story, since they only have done one game so far. It would be hard for anyone to take over the Halo story. There will always be people who hate the storyline and there will be no way for everyone to love a game. It could be possible for them to make another Halo game just about the Covenant wars. I know people liked the UNSC vs Covenant story line, but to twist things is always interesting to see.

Halo 4 Weapon Tuning Updated
So from what I have heard, halo 4 has tuned a lot of their weapons. I think it will really change the games on online gameplay and make it much more difficult for everyone. When i mean everyone, i mean everyone. From what I have read here are some of the updates.
BATTLE RIFE
- The Battle Rifle damage has been increased. The Battle Rifle is now capable of killing in four bursts.
- The Battle Rifle rate of fire has been slightly decreased.
- The Battle Rifle red reticle range (range at which auto-aim benefits kick in) has been decreased.
- Two bursts from a Battle Rifle followed by a melee will now kill an opponent (2-shot melee).
CARBINE
- The Carbine damage has been increased. The Carbine is now capable of killing in seven rounds.
- The Carbine accuracy has been increased (projectile spread decrease).
- The Carbine red reticle range has been decreased.
LIGHTRIFLE
- The LightRifle zoomed rate of fire has been increased.
- The LightRifle un-zoomed rate of fire has been slightly decreased.
- The LightRifle red reticle range has been increased to match the updated DMR range.
DMR
- The DMR red reticle range has been slightly decreased.
ASSAULT RIFLE
- The Assault Rifle damage has been slightly increased. The Assault Rifle now kills in three less rounds.
- The Assault Rifle auto-aim angle has been reduced.
- The Assault Rifle projectile spread has been decreased.
STORM RIFLE
- The Storm Rifle damage has been increased. The Storm Rifle now kills in three less rounds.
- The Storm Rifle auto-aim angle has been reduced.
- The Storm Rifle projectile spread has been decreased.
SUPPRESSOR
- The Suppressor damage has been increased. The Suppressor now kills in three less rounds.
- The Suppressor auto-aim angle has been reduced.
- The Suppressor projectile spread has been decreased.
SAW
- The SAW’s damage has been increased to maintain double the damage-per-second of the Assault Rifle.
MAGNUM
- The damage has been slightly increased. The Magnum is still capable of killing in six rounds.
VEHICLES
- The damage has been increased on both the Mantis and Warthog Chain Gun.
This certainly will change the game and how it is played on xbox live. Many are glad that the 4SK BR is back. People really missed that and now that it is back. Things are going to change.
